Our growing strategy team is looking for a Strategy Director who enjoys leading strategic thinking across multiple accounts in the APAC market.
You are naturally curious about people, culture, and technology, and you enjoy uncovering insights that others might overlook. You're passionate about turning research and observations into compelling briefs, strategic frameworks, and culturally relevant ideas.
You'll collaborate closely with creative, insights, and community teams to bring ideas to life from research and strategy all the way to execution and presentation.
You'll also lead a talented group of strategists, social insights analysts, and community specialists, meaning the role requires wearing multiple hats from research and briefing to client presentations and strategic leadership.
Your Experience
- 7+ years of experience building integrated marketing programs at a top agency, ideally working with large or global brands
- Strong understanding of the intersection between business strategy, consumer insights, and digital behavior
- Experience conducting and synthesizing various types of research including social listening, digital analytics, syndicated research, and qualitative methods
- Ability to translate complex insights into clear, actionable strategic direction
- Excellent presentation and storytelling skills
- Comfortable explaining complex ideas in simple and engaging ways
- Strong collaboration and leadership abilities when working across cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Detail-oriented with strong ownership of quality and outcomes
