- Own and manage monthly budgeting, including cost tracking, variance analysis, and forecasting
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive initiatives to optimize last-mile cost structure
- Develop insights and strategies to optimize driver supply, productivity, and overall P&L
- Lead end-to-end projects to drive operational and cost optimization initiatives
- Analyze the performance of projects and initiatives, and effectively communicate key insights and outcomes to cross-functional stakeholders
- Support strategic partner management, including performance tracking, issue resolution, and improvement initiatives for partners
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in strategy, business planning, project management, operations, or data analysis
- Strong proficiency in data modeling using Google Sheets experience with SQL is a plus.
- Comfortable handling ad-hoc tasks and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment
- Self-driven with a willingness to learn and improve
