About the Role

The Strategy & Analytics - CEO Office will be responsible for strategic planning, performance reporting, partner analytics, and cross-functional coordination. This role is designed for a highly analytical, structured, and resourceful individual, ideally with consulting background, who can drive strategic planning, manage critical initiatives, create clarity in ambiguity, and ensure cross-functional alignment across the organization.

You will operate as an extension of the C-levels: supporting problem-solving, leading strategic workstreams, preparing business insights, and ensuring operational rhythm across a fast-scaling 01 environment.

What you'll do

  • Drive strategic planning for the newly acquired business, including market assessments, business model evaluation, and long-term strategic roadmap.
  • Lead OKR design, quarterly business reviews, and performance target-setting with the C-level.
  • Conduct market sizing, competitive analysis, and opportunities assessment for future product or vertical expansion.
  • Build business cases and strategic recommendations for investment, partnerships, or expansion initiatives
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify performance patterns, risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities across enterprise partners.
  • Develop partner scoring models, ROI frameworks, and performance evaluation methodologies.
  • Generate actionable insights to optimize partner utilization, revenue contribution, and strategic alignment.
  • Support team in negotiations by providing commercial analytics and scenario modeling.

What you'll need

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data, or related fields (MBA preferred).
  • 47 years of professional experience, ideally from management consulting (Tier 1/2) or CEO office, corporate strategy/analytics roles in tech, fintech, or fast-growing environments.
  • Strong background in strategic planning, business analysis, and cross-functional project execution.
  • Hands-on experience with financial modeling, market analysis, forecasting, and performance analytics.
  • Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and drive alignment across teams.
  • Strong structured thinking, problem-solving, and quantitative analysis skills.
  • Proficient in Excel/Sheets, SQL, and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
  • Ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Experience developing dashboards, performance frameworks, and executive-ready reports.
