Responsibilities :
- Involved in pitches and proposals outside Influencer Marketing by conducting research, developing insights, and contributing to strategic proposals.
- Support revenue growth by contributing to the development of compelling and effective strategies.
- Contribute to market insights and campaign initiatives for clients.
- Assist in creating case studies and maintaining campaign result data bank.
- Participate in quarterly learning sessions and internal knowledge sharing.
- Support the development of new service offerings through research and strategic input.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, or a related field.
- 12 years of experience in strategy, marketing, advertising, digital agency, or related roles.
- Strong interest in influencer marketing, digital media, and social media trends.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and how influencers operate on each.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive, creative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides).
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
