Your Day-to-Day:
Depending on the business opportunity, you may:
- Support strategic projects and business initiatives across various functions and brands within Seven Retail
- Identify growth opportunities through market analysis, customer insights and business performance
- Develop data-driven insights and recommendations to support business decision-making
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to solve business challenges and execute key initiatives
- Support project planning, execution tracking, and stakeholder coordination to ensure successful delivery of business priorities
- Monitor business performance and identify opportunities to improve operational effectiveness and business outcomes
- Participate in expansion projects, new business initiatives, and other strategic programs as needed
- Prepare presentations and executive materials to support leadership discussions and decision-making
Who We're Looking For:
- Experience from leading consulting firms is highly preferred
- Previous experience as a Management Trainee (MT) is a strong plus
- Bachelor's degree from a top university; Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or related disciplines are preferred
- Up to 5 years of professional experience in Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, Corporate Finance, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Venture Capital, or Startup Strategy and Business Excellence roles.
- Startup Strategy or Business Excellence roles
- Strong structured problem solving and hypothesis-driven thinking
- Proven ability to manage ambiguous business challenges and deliver actionable recommendations
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication capabilities
- Demonstrated track record of driving measurable business impact
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides
