  • Lead the identification and resolution of complex operational and strategic challenges within the warehouse by conducting deep-dive root cause analyses using qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
  • Define and develop dynamic analytical models in Excel to systematically evaluate, monitor, and optimize warehouse manpower structures and cost efficiency.
  • Establish structured, data-driven short-term action plans and long-term strategic roadmaps to resolve complex space utilization and resource constraints within the project period.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration by effectively communicating key insights, strategic recommendations, and data-backed proposals to diverse stakeholders, ranging from senior leadership to on-ground field operations teams.
  • Manage and execute multiple critical logistics projects simultaneously (PMO), ensuring key milestones and project outcomes are delivered within the established timeline.
  • Coordinate and conduct on-site warehouse visits to audit physical capacity, resolve operational bottlenecks, and monitor physical resource constraints firsthand.
  • Design and implement innovative inventory management and space optimization strategies to continuously enhance the overall warehouse throughput and storage efficiency.

Requirements

  • Hold a minimum Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a quantitative-based discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on professional experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or end-to-end supply chain management.
  • Strong proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control software, and process improvement frameworks (such as Lean or Six Sigma).
  • Exceptional quantitative analysis skills, including advanced Excel capabilities (such as pivot tables, complex lookups, and dynamic scenario modeling).
  • Proven track record in warehouse capacity planning, resource allocation, inventory control, and order fulfillment optimization.
  • Substantial project management (PMO) experience, with a demonstrated ability to govern project lifecycles, drive timelines, and manage structural changes.
