Leverage advanced analytical skills, including dynamic modeling in Excel, to evaluate warehouse manpower cost challenges.
Develop structured, data-driven short-term and long-term solutions.
Effectively communicate insights, recommendations, and proposals to cross-functional stakeholders, including field operations teams.
Manage and execute multiple projects (PMO) concurrently, collaborating with various stakeholders and conducting on-site warehouse visits when necessary.
Assess and monitor warehouse physical capacity and resource requirements.
Design and implement strategies to enhance warehouse space utilization and inventory management efficiency.
Apply advanced analytical techniques, including dynamic Excel modeling, to address warehouse capacity constraints.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
Strong analytical skills, including Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dynamic modeling) and data analysis tools.
Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
Experience in warehouse capacity planning, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously (PMO experience is a plus).
Hands-on approach with a willingness to visit warehouses and resolve on-ground issues
Detail-oriented with a structured, data-driven problem-solving mindset.
