Job Description
- Conduct market and industry research, brainstorm and make recommendations regarding untapped growth opportunities for Shopee.
- Drive overall buyer marketing strategy across relevant features for potential and new commercial landscape.
- Evaluate new initiatives; optimize and achieve commercial objectives and performance across the region.
- Responsible for the end-to-end implementation of product marketing projects from ideation to launch in order to drive buyer adoption, engagement and/or retention.
- Identify new revenue streams for the business, focus on growing user acquisition and building retention.
- Review and analyze all key marketing metrics on a daily basis.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree with 4+ years of experience in fast paced industry, preferably Tech, Management Consulting, Strategy, or similar fields.
- Strong analytical skills and critical thinking, with the ability to analyze and interpret data into actionable business insights.
- High ownership, self-driven, and proactive in identifying growth opportunities with a commitment to finding effective solutions.
- Structured verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to present to management teams.
