Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Management, or other relevant fields.
3–5 years of relevant experience in Strategy Planning, Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, Financial Analysis, or related functions, preferably within the hospital, healthcare, or other service industries.
Strong ability in financial analysis, business analysis, and data interpretation, with a good understanding of financial and operational performance.
Proficient in data processing, financial modeling, and developing analytical reports to support business and management decision-making.
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to identify key business insights from complex data.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate analytical findings to various stakeholders.
Able to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct operational, financial, and business analysis to support management in strategic initiatives, business planning, and decision-making.
Prepare financial and business performance reports and analysis accurately and within established deadlines.
Support and facilitate the annual strategic planning and budgeting process, including data collection, consolidation, analysis, and preparation of relevant materials.
Develop and maintain financial and business analysis databases to support reporting and insights for Senior Management.
Monitor and analyze business performance, market trends, industry developments, and other external factors that may impact the Company.
Translate financial and operational data into meaningful business insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the Company's business performance, industry landscape, and strategic priorities.
