Job Description

As an Associate in Strategic Planning & Regional, will play a key role in translating Erajaya's corporate strategies into actionable regional plans. You will ensure alignment between Head Office, regional operations, and brand principals — driving data consistency, performance excellence, and market growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the preparation of annual business plans, sales targets, and regional forecasts.
  • Conduct data analysis on sales, profit, productivity, and store performance to identify improvement areas.
  • Coordinate the KPI cascade process, ensuring alignment from corporate objectives down to regional and store levels.
  • Develop and maintain performance dashboards and management presentations.
  • Facilitate regional coordination across sales, operations, and marketing to ensure strategic consistency.
  • Lead performance awareness initiatives (townhalls, roadshows, digital campaigns).
  • Track and consolidate regional action plans to support productivity and profitability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any major (S1).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail, telecommunication, or gadget industry.
  • Strong analytical and coordination skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
