Job Description

• Lead agency automation initiatives (e.g dashboard, build early warning system).
• Analyze dashboard data to track agency performance and analyze the performance to branch detailed.
• Conduct market benchmark to identify industry trends, threat, and opportunities in Agency.
• Assisting in the development of the annual business plan, including cost budgeting and sales forecasting.
• Assisting cross-functional collaboration across department to ensure strategic alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering (Master's Degree will be a plus).
• 5 years of overall experience, with 3 years specifically in insurance company.
• Minimum in progress to get AAMAI certification.
• Strong in analytical thinking, data processing, and communication.
• Highly flexible, adaptive and willing to learn leadership skills.
