Strategic Planning Business Development is a strategic role responsible for driving acquisition and retention of SME customers through effective commercial programs, team coaching, and cross-functional collaboration. This role focuses on revenue growth, capability building at branch level, and ensuring commercial strategies are executed consistently on a national scale
Skills & Qualification
- Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably in Management or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development and Sales within retail industries
- At least Supervisor-level leadership experience
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and team management capability
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in data analysis, presentation, and data visualization
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute acquisition and retention strategies for medium and high-segment SME customers at a national level
- Plan, manage, and control budgets for commercial and marketing programs effectively and efficiently
- Design and implement marketing initiatives that support customer acquisition and retention with optimal cost
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure strategies and programs are implemented smoothly
- Handle customer onboarding and relationship management as part of acquisition and retention efforts
- Coach and develop Branch Business Development (BBD) teams to operate independently, execute plans effectively, and proactively achieve targets in alignment with Branch Head and Regional Head
- Monitor and control outstanding invoicing schemes to ensure healthy revenue flow
