Job Description:

  • Conduct analysis of the oil & gas industry, market trends, competitors, and business performance to support strategic decision-making.
  • Support the development of corporate and business strategies, including strategic initiatives, targets, and growth plans.
  • Analyze business and operational data to identify growth opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement.
  • Monitor and evaluate the implementation of strategic initiatives and their impact on business performance.
  • Prepare business analysis, management reports, strategic presentations, and recommendations for management.
  • Collaborate with business units and relevant functions to support the execution of strategic initiatives and business development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in strategic planning, business analysis, corporate strategy, business development, or a related role.
  • Experience in the Oil & Gas, Energy, EPC, or related industry is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business insights.
  • Good understanding of business strategy, market analysis, financial analysis, and industry trends.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic business environment.
