Job Overview

The Strategic Partnership Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing high-impact partnerships that drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, brand expansion, and operational synergy. This role focuses on building long-term strategic collaborations with corporate partners, brands, communities, and ecosystem players.

Key Responsibilities

1. Partnership Strategy Development

  • Develop and execute partnership strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Identify high-potential partners across corporate, FMCG brands, property developers, fintech, and community networks.
  • Evaluate partnership opportunities based on commercial impact, scalability, and brand fit.

2. Business Development & Negotiation

  • Initiate outreach and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Lead negotiation of commercial terms, revenue-sharing models, and collaboration scope.
  • Structure win-win partnership agreements and ensure legal compliance.

3. Partnership Execution & Management

  • Oversee end-to-end execution of partnership initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal, Product) to ensure smooth implementation.
  • Monitor partnership performance and ensure delivery of agreed KPIs.

4. Revenue & Growth Ownership

  • Drive revenue generation through co-marketing programs, bundling initiatives, sponsorships, or distribution partnerships
  • Track contribution to customer acquisition, sales uplift, and brand exposure.
  • Develop joint business plans (JBP) with key partners.

5. Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Establish clear KPIs for each partnership (revenue, leads, user growth, ROI).
  • Prepare regular performance reviews and optimization plans.
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing partnerships.

6. Market & Ecosystem Expansion

  • Explore new ecosystems and verticals for growth opportunities.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor collaborations.
  • Represent the company in networking events and industry forums.

Qualifications

  • 58 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic alliances.
  • Strong negotiation and commercial structuring skills.
  • Proven track record in revenue-driven partnerships.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong business acumen.
  • Experience in retail, e-commerce, FMCG, or tech startup environment.
  • Experience managing corporate partnerships or brand collaborations.
  • Familiar with contract management and partnership lifecycle processes
