Key Responsibilities
- Define brand positioning & value propositions
- Build messaging frameworks & narrative structure
- Lead campaign strategy (audience, funnel, KPIs)
- Define digital channel & media direction
- Align website, social & paid communications
- Lead monthly performance reviews & optimization
- Translate sustainability concepts into clear messaging
Requirements
- 3+ years in brand strategy, strategic marketing, or integrated communications
- Strong digital funnel & paid media understanding
- Campaign planning & audience segmentation experience
- Data-driven with strong analytical skills
- Experience in sustainability/design/education is a plus
