We are looking for a Strategic Human Capital Sr. Manager who will lead the development and execution of our integrated human capital strategy — shaping career, performance, and learning management frameworks that align with business goals and drive a high-performing, future-ready organization.

What you will do

• Develop integrated human capital strategy and concepts aligned with organizational and business goals using strategic frameworks (business model canvas, balanced scorecard, operating model, competitor analysis, etc.)
• Develop mid- and long-term strategic planning to deliver excellent human resource value
• Develop and implement policies and standards for effective career, performance, and learning management aligned with business needs
• Ensure the human capital budget is used effectively and efficiently
• Lead manpower planning and development through coaching, mentoring, and counselling, and conduct periodic performance reviews for the team
• Act as a role model in implementing corporate culture and building a collaborative, synergistic teamwork culture across functions
• Translate the organization's overall direction and business ambition into comprehensive HR strategies for career, performance, and learning management
• Act as a strategic business partner for human capital initiatives across business units and directorates
• Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to implement HR strategies and achieve organizational objectives
• Monitor and evaluate the implementation of HC strategies through periodic reviews to ensure targets are achieved as planned
• Ensure continuous improvement of HR systems and policies in line with current best practices and applicable regulations

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Human Resources Management, or related field
• 7–8 years of experience in Human Resources, with a proven 2–3 years in a managerial level
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
• Solid data literacy and skill in assessment tools
• Proven expertise in talent development, performance management, and learning management
• Strong project management capabilities
• Excellent leadership skills with experience in coaching, mentoring, and team development
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
