ABOUT POSITION

Strategic financial planning & analysis manager takes charge of the financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive financial success and support strategic decision-making within the organization.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide final review of balance sheets and cash flow forecasts

2. Support the development of divisional budgets

3. Prepare divisional monthly management reports

4. Conduct divisional expense analysis

5. Monitor division expenditure, cash receipts and forecast changes to the division budget

6. Control allocations to division projects forecast variances between actual results and budgeted results

7. Reconcile bank accounts; assist with preparation.

To be a good fit for this opportunity you will have a strong financial background and a solid understanding of finance and accounting, as well as some years of experience in Fintech industry.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor degree, majored in Accounting/Finance or full professional qualification.

2. Must having work experience in Tech Company at least 5 years

3. Familiar with SAP/Financial Software

4. You will have excellent command of Microsoft Excel, strong analytical skills, excellent accounting Knowledge

5. Ability to multi-task and remain organized in a fast paced environment at a rapidly growing company.

6. High level of ethics and integrity

7. Strong leadership and highly motivated to overcome challenges

8. Willing to work in SEMARANG
