Early Warning System: Identifies performance gaps or market shifts early, allowing the CEO to pivot strategy before issues impact the bottom line
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN:
- We are seeking for a highly motivated individual with a strong passion for continuous learning who can adapt to the evolving needs of the business to join the Office of the CEO as a Strategic Performance & BI Lead. This role serves as a critical bridge between data-driven insights and executive decision-making. You will be responsible for architecting the company's KPI reporting framework, building automated executive dashboards, and providing the strategic analysis necessary to ensure our corporate goals are met.

KUALIFIKASI:
Hard Skills (Technical & Academic Competencies)
- Data Analytics & Visualization: Proficient in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel (Advanced: Macros, Pivot Tables, Power Query), SQL, and visualization tools like Power BI/Data Studio to transform raw data into actionable business insights is a must.
- Financial Literacy: Competent in reading and analyzing financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and understanding business profitability metrics.
- Business Frameworks: Expert in problem-solving methodologies and strategic frameworks such as Balanced Scorecard, LEAN, or Value Chain Analysis.
- Advanced Presentation: Mastery in crafting executive-level presentation decks (PowerPoint) that are concise, visual, and decision-focused.
Soft Skills (Interpersonal & Character Traits)
- Executive Storytelling: The ability to translate complex technical data into simple, compelling narratives for the CEO and Board of Directors.
- Stakeholder Management: Possesses the diplomatic skills required to request data or clarifications from any levels across the organization without creating friction.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous in data validation; ensuring reports for the CEO are flawless and free of numerical errors.
- Adaptability & Agility: Able to pivot focus rapidly as the CEO's priorities shift in response to market dynamics.
- Discretion & Confidentiality: High level of integrity and trustworthiness in handling highly sensitive and confidential corporate information.
- Continuous Learning & Growth Mindset: Highly motivated to acquire new skills, stay updated with the latest industry trends, and quickly master new technologies or methodologies to improve organizational efficiency.
Educational Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or Statistics (MBA is a plus).
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, or as a Strategic Analyst within a logistic corporation is highly considered.
