JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform regular inventory counts (cycle counting) to guarantee 100% data reconciliation between actual physical stock and system records
• Maintain the bin location accuracy
• Implement strict FIFO (First In, First Out) methods for receiving and issuing goods to optimize product shelf-life and eliminate expired or obsolete stock
• Regularly monitor material shelf-life expiration dates and proactively report near-expiry items to the QC team for inspection and re-testing to prevent stock spoilage
• Identify, separate, and label any damaged, expired, or defective materials, then immediately coordinate with QC team
• Ensure that physical documents and system records match for all goods received, transferred, or shipped

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma 3 (D3) in any fields
• 3+ years experience in warehouse in a manufacturing environment (tobacco or FMCG preferred)
• Strong understanding of warehouse management principles, specifically FIFO and product shelf-life
• Able to drive forklifts (electric, diesel)
• Possess a Forklift Operation Permit (SIO) with a minimum class of 3
• The ability to communicate in English (spoken and written) will be an advantage
• Basic Microsoft Excel skill
• Willing to take up cross function support
• Willing to work in Malang and travelling if necessary
• Willing to do ad hoc assignment
