The Storekeeper is responsible for managing warehouse operations, monitoring inventory movements, and ensuring the accuracy of stock records. This role supports procurement, receiving, storage, and distribution processes while maintaining optimal stock levels, complying with warehouse safety standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in any major. A degree in Operations Management or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management or warehouse operations.
- Proficient in maintaining stock cards manually and digitally with a high level of accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures to prevent potential hazards, such as unstable stacked goods or chemical spills.
- Able to operate Inventory Software, ERP Systems, and e-Fulfillment Purchasing systems.
- Understanding of FIFO (First In, First Out), FEFO (First Expired, First Out), as well as Par Stock and Safety Stock calculations.
- Disciplined in following the Bulk Purchase Request (PR) cut-off time (12:00 PM WIB) and completing daily reports.
