SHOPKEEPER / RETAIL ASSOCIATE
Placement: Petitenget, Bali
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and create a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations.
- Achieve sales targets and support overall store performance.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and appearance of the store.
- Ensure products are properly displayed according to visual merchandising standards.
- Open and close the store following company procedures.
- Receive, check, organize, and replenish stock as needed.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock discrepancies.
- Assist with stock counts and inventory audits.
- Operate the POS system and process customer transactions accurately.
- Handle cash, card payments, and daily cash reconciliation.
- Manage customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Prepare daily and weekly operational reports.
- Support all store operations and perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, fashion retail, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-oriented with a proactive attitude.
- Honest, responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance.
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
