Role Description The Store Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Sukoharjo. This role oversees day-to-day store operations, including monitoring staff performance, coordinating work schedules, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. The Store Supervisor supports and guides store team members, manages customer interactions, and works to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include supervising sales activities, handling escalated customer issues, maintaining store cleanliness and organization, and monitoring stock levels and basic inventory control. The Store Supervisor also helps implement promotional activities, prepares simple operational reports, and collaborates with management to improve store performance and service standards.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team coordination, task delegation, and performance monitoring.
- Candidates should possess solid Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to work effectively with staff and customers.
- Candidates should possess a focus on Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, ensuring a positive and professional in-store experience.
- Basic retail operations knowledge, including cash handling, stock management, and visual merchandising, is beneficial.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or senior store role is preferred.
