Responsibilities
- Monitor and develop staff in the predetermined areas in order to build leadership succession plan in store.
- Selling watches and controlling online fulfillment
- Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction based on SOP
- Mastering knowledge and information related to the brand and become a watch consultant to customers
- Develop a relationship with existing and new customers inlcuding landlord
- Controlling promote and offer the marketing promo
- Inventory Control and monthly reporting sales
Requirements
- 2 years of work experience as a Store Supervisor, preferably having in the retail industry experience is a plus.
- Monitor and develop staff in the predetermined areas in order to build leadership succession plan in store.
- Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction based on SOP.
- Mastering knowledge and information related to the brand and become a watch consultant to customers.
- Willing to work in Jamtangan.com Store East Java area when needed.
