Our first brand 'Somethinc was founded in 2019, and is currently the #1 skincare brand in e-commerce & modern trade with >1M social media followers. Our offline/online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee projects throughout the full lifecycle, from pre-construction planning through post-construction activities.
• Provide on-site support for store construction, ensuring smooth execution and timely resolution of operational needs.
• Coordinate with relevant teams and stakeholders to support store-building activities and other operational initiatives.
• Translate real-world operational practices into clear and scalable Checklists, Process maps & Internal guidelines and SOPs

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate or final-year student in Interior Design, Architecture, or a closely related field.
• Proficient in SketchUp, AutoCAD, and other relevant 3D modeling or rendering software.
• Experience or academic exposure to retail fit-out, store construction, or interior projects is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, with an understanding of design, construction, and spatial planning.
• Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, project-based environment.
