Responsibility
Administrative & Logistical Support
- Manage the ordering, tracking, and distribution of non-product supplies (e.g., uniforms, cleaning materials, POS consumables) to all store locations.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair schedules for store equipment and facilities, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Maintain and update the central repository of all store SOPs, policies, and operational manuals.
System & Reporting Support
- Assist in the management and troubleshooting of Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and other in-store technology.
- Compile and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports for the Retail Operations Management team.
- Process and track store-level documentation, including shift reports, incident reports, and staff scheduling records.
Qualification
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Administration, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience at least 2 years in an administrative or support role, preferably within a retail or operations environment.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with POS or inventory management systems.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
