About the Role
We are looking for a driven and commercially strong Store Manager to lead daily retail operations, drive sales performance, and deliver exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced lifestyle and beauty retail environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about people leadership, customer engagement, operational excellence, and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage overall store operations, ensuring smooth daily execution and compliance with brand standards.
- Drive sales achievement, productivity, and KPI performance including conversion, ATV, UPT, and customer service metrics.
- Analyze sales performance, customer trends, and store opportunities to maximize business results.
- Lead, coach, motivate, and develop the store team to ensure high performance and strong team engagement.
- Ensure excellent customer experience through active floor management and service leadership.
- Manage manpower planning, staff scheduling, attendance, and team discipline.
- Maintain stock accuracy, replenishment, and inventory control.
- Work closely with Area Manager and cross-functional teams regarding operations, promotions, and commercial initiatives.
- Ensure store compliance with operational SOP, audit requirements, and health & safety standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail operations, with at least 2 years in Store Manager level.
- Strong background in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, FMCG, or specialty retail industry.
- Proven track record in achieving sales target and managing store KPIs.
- Strong leadership and people management capability with experience handling medium to large store teams.
- Hands-on, commercially driven, and customer-focused mindset.
- Strong analytical and operational management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic retail environment with shifting schedules, weekends, and public holidays.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail reporting.
- English proficiency will be an advantage.
