Store Manager

Role Description The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, including staff supervision, sales floor management, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. This full-time, on-site role in Semarang involves monitoring inventory levels, managing product displays, and coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure product availability. The Store Manager will track sales performance, implement retail loss prevention measures, and ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures. The role includes coaching and developing team members, handling escalated customer issues, and contributing to local marketing and promotional activities to drive store performance.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service capabilities.
• Effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, team members, and management.
• Experience in Store Management, including supervising staff and managing daily retail operations.
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to minimize shrinkage and protect store assets.
• Previous experience in retail, preferably in electronics or consumer goods.
• Ability to work on-site full time in Semarang, including weekends and shifts as needed.
• Proven leadership, team coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic proficiency with POS systems, inventory management tools, and standard office software.
• Minimum high school diploma; a diploma or degree in business, retail management, or a related field is an advantage.
