Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Store Manager role based in Surabaya. The Store Manager will oversee daily retail operations, manage inventory, ensure the team meets sales targets, and implement loss prevention strategies. This role requires maintaining high standards of customer service, developing the team, and ensuring the store operates efficiently and profitably while upholding the core values of UFO Elektronika.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention
• Strong skills in Customer Service and maintaining Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent Communication skills to lead and motivate a team effectively
• Experience working in retail or a related field is preferred
• Leadership skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus
