Job Description

We're looking for a Store Manager to lead high performing teams at our Diamond & Co boutiques. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic retail environment, understands luxury customer service, and is motivated to exceed sales targets through strong team leadership and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

  • Create and manage store staff work schedules to ensure optimal coverage for smooth daily operations.
  • Supervise store opening and closing activities in alignment with standard operating procedures (SOP).
  • Provide direction, coaching, and daily support to Jewelry Consultants to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor and evaluate daily, weekly, and monthly store sales performanceincluding sales plans, deposit follow-ups, repair processes, and projections.
  • Conduct regular Boutique Manager (BM) checks to ensure store performance and compliance.
  • Review and approve store administrative needs, such as overtime, reimbursements, and leave requests, based on proper documentation.
  • Plan and manage store inventory and daily operational logistics.
  • Design and implement in-store sales strategies, including promotional and event activities.
  • Coordinate with Marcomm for brand-aligned promotional campaigns and event execution.
  • Ensure all store activities are conducted according to SOP to maintain high service standards.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to support local sales strategy.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly sales reports and store performance summaries.
  • Compile monthly performance points and attendance records of team members.
  • Motivate and guide the team through coaching and training to elevate service and sales performance.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Sales or Store Manager, preferably in luxury retail, jewelry, or related industries.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Sales and target-oriented with proven achievements.
  • Solid knowledge of store operations, customer service excellence, and luxury branding.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • High adaptability to work with diverse teams, customer profiles, and a wide product range.
  • Willing to be placed in any Diamond & Co branch (Bandung, Surabaya, Jakarta, or other cities based on company needs).
