- Develop sales strategies, customer engagement initiatives, and upselling programs tailored to store needs.
- Achieve and surpass monthly and annual sales targets.
- Handle Loyal customer complaints professionally and promptly.
- Conduct daily briefings covering targets, product updates, and service excellence.
- Lead, coach, and develop Sales Advisors/Jewelry Consultants.
- Monitor stock availability, manage inventory, and conduct regular stock takes.
