Job Responsibilities:
-Store Operation: Manage daily retail operations and ensure execution of HQ strategies.
-Sales Management: Create and implement sales strategies to hit company targets.
-Merchandise & Display: Ensure effective inventory turnover, replenishment, and visual merchandising standards.
-Customer Service: Monitor service quality, resolve complaints, and maintain customer satisfaction.
-Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop store teams.
-Business Communication: Coordinate closely with partners and internal stakeholders to drive performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma, Bachelor&aposs degree or higher
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or retail operations (team leadership is a plus)
- Excellent English communication (verbal & written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
