Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Store Manager, based in Surabaya Raya (Surabaya, Sidoarjo, Gresik). The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring an excellent customer experience, and maintaining high service standards. Additional responsibilities include managing the store team, monitoring inventory, implementing strategies to prevent retail loss, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves maintaining visual merchandising standards and fostering an environment that promotes teamwork and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Management, Business or Hospitality
• At least 2 years experience as Store Manager Restaurant or Retail
• Strong skills in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention with an ability to manage store operations and ensure profitability.
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service expertise to build positive relationships with clients and enhance their experience (Service Excellent).
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively lead a team and interact with customers and stakeholders.
• Proven leadership abilities, problem-solving, and team-building skills.
• Previous experience in retail or food service industry management is a plus.
