Job Description

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall store operations, including achieving sales targets, team management, customer service, and stock and financial management. You must ensure that the store operates efficiently according to company standards to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and profitability. Additionally, you will oversee both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) operations to maintain seamless service and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operational Management
  • Ensure the store operates according to company standards.
  • Supervise store cleanliness, layout, and product displays.
  • Ensure all store equipment and facilities are in good condition.
  • Oversee both FOH and BOH operations to ensure efficiency and service quality.
  1. Sales & Customer Service
  • Achieve and exceed the set sales targets.
  • Analyze sales trends and develop improvement strategies.
  • Provide excellent customer service to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work closely with FOH teams to maintain a welcoming atmosphere and efficient service.
  1. Team Management
  • Recruit, train, and develop the FOH and BOH teams.
  • Provide guidance, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
  • Manage work schedules and ensure adequate staffing in all areas of the store.
  • Foster collaboration between FOH and BOH teams to enhance operational flow.
  1. Stock & Financial Management
  • Ensure stock availability and accuracy through effective inventory management.
  • Control shrinkage (stock loss due to theft or damage) and prevent product losses.
  • Manage daily financial reports, including cash and credit card transactions.
  • Oversee BOH food preparation processes to minimize waste and control costs.
  1. Compliance & Reporting
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, company policies, and government regulations.
  • Prepare operational and sales reports regularly for the central management.
  • Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are strictly followed in both FOH and BOH.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Store Manager in the F&B or retail industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Target-oriented and able to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS (Point of Sales) systems.
  • Experience managing both FOH and BOH teams is a plus.
