Responsibilities
- Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability
- Hire, train, and assess store employee's productivity and performance
- Maintain orderly, presentable appearance of the store
- Oversee stock and store operations
- Implement retail loss prevention strategies
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
- Strong abilities in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and building positive customer relationships
- Experience in Store Management and maintaining operational efficiency
- Excellent Communication skills and team leadership abilities
- Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines and targets
- Previous retail or management experience is highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, or related field is a plus
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to challenges effectively
- Residing in Solo Raya area
- Proficiency in English (especially reading, listening & speaking) is a plus
