Store Designer

Responsibilities

• Develop new store or building concepts from the ground up, including extensions, modifications, and preservation of existing properties
• Ensure designs align with business objectives while remaining functional, safe, and cost-effective
• Conduct site surveys and translate requirements into effective design solutions
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders while producing detailed drawings and monitoring project execution

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in designing retail, F&B, warehouse, or residential buildings
• Strong design skills and good knowledge of building materials and construction processes
• Proficient in Ms. Office, AutoCAD 2D/3D, and SketchUp
• Good communication and organizational skills, able to coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver well-coordinated designs
