Storage and Data Service Engineer (HPC)

Primary focus:

• PowerScale and WEKA operational support
• Data path validation for AI workloads
• Performance tuning and storage-related incident handling

High-level skill set:

• Strong understanding of scale-out storage platforms and parallel data access patterns
• Experience supporting PowerScale and/or WEKA in performance-sensitive environments
• Ability to assess throughput, latency, namespace health, and client connectivity
• Experience with storage health checks, capacity planning, and resilience monitoring
• Working knowledge of Linux client integration and mount-path troubleshooting
• Ability to identify whether bottlenecks originate in storage, fabric, or compute layers
• Familiarity with AI/HPC workload behavior and its impact on data services
