We are looking for a
Daily Worker Steward to support the team at Manuza in Bali. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across the kitchen and back-of-house areas while supporting the team during daily operations.
Main Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitise kitchen equipment, crockery, cutlery, glassware, and utensils.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen, back-of-house, and storage areas.
- Support the kitchen team with cleaning, preparation, and general operational tasks.
- Handle waste disposal and maintain clean waste areas.
- Assist with moving and organising kitchen supplies when required.
- Support opening, closing, and deep-cleaning activities.
- Follow hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Steward, Dishwasher, Cleaner, or similar role is preferred.
- Hospitality experience is an advantage.
- Reliable, hardworking, and responsible.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Physically fit and comfortable with standing and manual work for extended periods.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
- Basic English communication skills are preferred.
