Job Description

The Statutory & Holding Reporting Department Head is responsible for managing and overseeing all statutory, regulatory, and holding company financial reporting activities to ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, banking regulations, and group reporting requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for regulators, shareholders, and the holding company.
  • Ensure all statutory and regulatory reports comply with applicable accounting standards (IFRS/PSAK), OJK regulations, Bank Indonesia requirements, and other relevant regulatory provisions.
  • Manage the preparation of audited financial statements and coordinate with external auditors throughout the audit process.
  • Review and validate financial data, reconciliations, disclosures, and supporting schedules to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Coordinate the submission of group reporting packages and ensure compliance with holding company reporting guidelines and deadlines.
  • Monitor changes in accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and group reporting policies, and assess their impact on reporting processes.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Risk, Compliance, Tax, Treasury, and Business Units to ensure the completeness and reliability of reported information.
  • Lead initiatives to improve reporting efficiency, data quality, automation, and reporting governance.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Master's Degree is an advantage.
  • 5-8 years of experience in banking finance, accounting, or financial reporting.
  • At least 3-5 years of leadership experience.
  • Experience in statutory reporting, regulatory reporting, and group reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS and/or PSAK).
  • Strong understanding of banking regulations issued by OJK, Bank Indonesia, and other relevant regulatory bodies.
  • Experience with ERP and financial reporting systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
