Star Energy Geothermal Technical Trainee Program

A 12–24 month development journey designed to prepare future geothermal professionals through classroom learning, on-the-job training, and real project experience.

Who We're Looking For

Fresh graduates or up to 2 years of experience

Bachelor's degree in one of the following:

• Petroleum Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering
• Electrical Engineering
• Instrumentation Engineering
• Civil Engineering
• Chemical Engineering
• Environmental Engineering
• Occupational Health & Safety
• Geoscience

Location: Across Star Energy Geothermal operational areas — West Java, Sumatra, and North Maluku.
