Get to Know the Role

As an R&D Formulator, you will develop and optimize cosmetic and skincare formulations from concept to production, while selecting suitable raw materials, conducting product trials and testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver safe, stable, and high-quality products.

What You'll Do

Develop new product formulas based on marketing briefs and identify the appropriate formulas and raw materials
Conduct lab-scale and production trials
Perform initial product testing, stability testing, and develop product specifications
Revise existing formulas, prepare and create the necessary documentation, coordinate with other departments, and comply with GLP guidelines

Qualifications

Minimum bachelor's degree in Chemistry.
At least 1 year of internship/staff experience in Research and Development (Open to Fresh Graduates)
Basic knowledge of chemistry and/or pharmacy
Interest in cosmetics, skincare, and beauty trends
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, teamwork, creativity, and time management skills
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Willing to work full-time (on-site) in Tangerang, Banten
