Job Description :
- Prepare reporting data for regulators (BI, OJK, DJP, etc.) in accordance with applicable regulations and reporting deadlines, including: LBUT, SLIK, BMPK, CRS (International & Domestic), Bancassurance, Condensed Report/LSMK Summary, Environmentally-Aware Credit Reports, etc.
- Preparing SLIK reporting data for one of the reporting branches (the Sudirman branch), which involves a higher level of complexity compared to other reporting branches, including: all types of business products are available at the reporting branch—in addition to loans, there are trading products and treasury products.
- Conducting the reporting process for the Write-Off Information Group (ADB), which still involves a significant number of manual processes.
- Conducting the reporting process for the Ongoing Spot and Derivative Transactions Information Group (TSB), which still involves a significant number of manual processes carried out in coordination with the Business, Risk, Operations, and Finance teams.
- Create CRFs to enhance or improve reporting related to internal/unit initiatives, new products, or changes in regulatory requirements (BI, OJK, DJP, etc.).
- Conduct testing/UAT for unit initiatives (internal), business initiatives/new product implementations (external), changes in regulatory requirements, etc.
- Analyze reporting data in response to inquiries from the OJK, BI, and other relevant teams.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports for both external and internal needs and process them.
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of work experience in the Reporting department
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work overtime, both on weekdays and holidays (depending on reporting deadlines)
- High level of integrity
