Get to Know the Role
As a Staff, R&D Regulatory you'll play a key role in ensuring every product meets regulatory requirements. From BPOM registration and halal certification to reviewing product formulas and coordinating external testing, you'll help turn ideas into compliant, market-ready products.
Responsibilities:
- Manage product registration processes with BPOM and halal certification applications.
- Review product formulations to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and requirements.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain regulatory documentation while supporting internal and external audit processes.
- Coordinate with external laboratories and other third parties regarding product testing activities.
- Ensure all regulatory submissions and documentation are completed accurately and within the required timelines.
- Monitor regulatory updates and provide recommendations for their implementation within the company.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Regulatory Affairs Staff; experience in the cosmetics, personal care, or FMCG industry is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of BPOM product registration, halal certification, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Willing to work fully on-site (WFO) in Tangerang City, Banten.
