STAFF PROCUREMENT NON RAW MATERIAL VSN

Job Summary**

Responsible for the efficient and effective procurement of non-raw material goods and services for PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk, ensuring optimal value, quality, and timely delivery to support operational needs.

Job Responsibilities**

• Execute end-to-end procurement processes for non-raw materials, including requisition review, vendor selection, negotiation, contract management, and order placement.
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, conduct supplier audits, and manage supplier relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
• Negotiate favorable terms, conditions, and pricing with suppliers to achieve cost savings and optimize procurement expenditure.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor vendor performance, resolve any issues or discrepancies, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, including vendor master data, contracts, and purchasing documentation.
• Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., finance, operations, engineering) to understand their non-raw material requirements and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Stay updated on market trends, industry best practices, and new technologies in procurement to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of procurement strategies and policies.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company ethics, legal requirements, and regulatory standards.
  
  

Job Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in procurement, specifically with non-raw materials.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed purchasing decisions.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
• Understanding of contract law and supply chain principles.
• High level of integrity and ethical conduct.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and good command of English (written and spoken).
