Execute marketing communication programs, design marketing promotional tools and communication materials, and support the implementation of promotional programs and events with high quality in accordance with established plans to support product marketing and market development, ensuring the achievement of marketing targets set by the company.
Responsibility
- Support the implementation of online and offline marketing programs such as workshops, seminars, training sessions, and exhibitions by coordinating with internal teams and external partners while ensuring supporting systems run effectively.
- Design, manage, and distribute promotional and corporate communication materials in line with VIS and company standards, including ensuring proper approval processes and documentation.
- Optimize the use of online tools and digital forms to support marketing activities, evaluate program effectiveness, and provide improvement recommendations to support departmental targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communication, Public Relations, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Marketing Communication, Corporate Communication, or related role.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experienced in handling online and offline marketing activities, promotional programs and social media.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with digital tools or online platforms to support marketing activities.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to communicate well in English, both written and spoken.
