Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Communication Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in the banking industry, preferably in Procurement, Vendor Management, or IT Vendor Management.
Good understanding of applicable regulations, including PBI, POJK, and PADK related to PJTI.
Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
Good verbal and written communication skills in a professional business environment.
Basic understanding of IT administration processes, budgeting, and financial calculations.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications for procurement activities, data analysis, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end procurement process for IT goods and services, including requirement gathering, vendor sourcing, evaluation, contract negotiation, and purchasing activities.
Coordinate and collect required documentation from third-party vendors for due diligence and onboarding processes.
Liaise with the Legal team and external vendors to facilitate contract and NDA review, negotiation, and execution.
Prepare and maintain project and procurement documentation, including RFPs, vendor evaluations, internal memos, meeting minutes, and related records.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to IT Vendor Management activities.
Support internal and external audit activities by providing required documentation and evidence in a timely manner.
Act as the primary point of contact for vendor management matters and provide support to assigned business units and stakeholders.
Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
Perform other duties and assignments as directed by the IT Operation Support Head in support of the Bank's IT operational functions.
