Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR Operations or an HR Generalist role.
Experience in employee administration, HR operations, and employee relations.
Good understanding of HR processes, including employee lifecycle management, recruitment support, performance management, learning and development administration, HR policy implementation, and employee database management.
Familiar with HRIS and proficient in Microsoft Office
Good knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and compliance requirements.
Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
High integrity with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Able to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
Service-oriented, detail-oriented, and well organized.
Key Responsibilities
Support daily People Operations activities.
Coordinate onboarding, employee movement, and other employee lifecycle processes.
Assist with performance management and talent development activities.
Plan and execute employee engagement programs and activities.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Prepare HR reports and workforce analytics.
Handle employee inquiries and provide day-to-day HR support.
