Job Description :
- Manage and supervise maintenance and damage analysis/troubleshooting of infrastructure for 3 main buildings and the Data Center, including:
- Electrical Systems (Transformer, Generator, UPS, Electrical Panels)
- Cooling Systems (Cooling Tower, Chiller System, CRAC, FCU, Fresh Air Supply)
- Piping Systems (Clean water & wastewater)
- Fire Suppression System (FM 200, Sprinkler)
- Review and provide judgment on technical reports
- Control and monitor the alignment of maintenance and repair schedules versus actual implementation for the 3 main buildings and the Data Center, carried out by vendors/building management and Data Center vendors
- Assist the Unit Head of FM Premises Operation in proposing building and Data Center improvements
- Coordinate with users (building occupants & IT) regarding planned repairs and maintenance
Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in building management
