Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Collecting & checking invoice, tax invoice & other payment docs (3 ways match)
  • Provide & maintain account payable in daily report
  • Manage aging of account payable for payment schedule
  • Distributing witholding tax slip to vendors
  • Experienced in accounting softwares
  • Support external auditors
  • Prepare corporate income tax

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Economic, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with accounting databases and standard accounting procedures.
  • Have internship experiences as finance accounting.
  • Experience in preparing financial reports and relevant documentation.
  • Experience in preparing tax reports.
  • Honest, ready to work hard, disciplined, have integrity, be responsible, thorough, agile, diligent, have high loyalty, and attention to detailed.
  • Accustomed to working with Accurate Systems and other accounting systems.
  • Able to work under pressure & can join as soon as possible.
