Staff Engineer - Full Stack

What You Will Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using .NET (C#) and Angular or React.
• Develop and optimize backend services, APIs, and database interactions using MS SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., Cosmos DB, MongoDB).
• Deploy, manage, and monitor applications on Microsoft Azure, leveraging services like App Services, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, Azure Storage, and Azure SQL.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, and QA Engineers.
• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the stack.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

What You Need:

Required Skills:

• 7–11 years of professional experience in full-stack development. Strong proficiency in .NET Core / .NET Framework, C#, and Entity Framework.
• Hands-on experience with Angular (v8+) or React.js. Proficiency with MS SQL Server and experience with NoSQL databases (preferably Azure Cosmos DB).
• Solid experience with Azure Cloud Services including App Services, Functions, Azure Storage, and Azure DevOps. Exposure to Azure SQL and/or Cosmos DB is desirable.
• Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or equivalent). Strong understanding of Git-based version control workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in cross-functional teams with excellent communication.

Preferred Skills:

• Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-204: Developing Solutions, AZ-400: DevOps Engineering).
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS). Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and security in Azure (Application Insights, Key Vault, RBAC) is an added advantage.
