Get to Know the Role

As a Staff, Demand & Planning, you will play a key role in supporting production operations by preparing accurate demand forecasts and daily production plans. You will monitor order fulfillment, manage production planning documents, and coordinate repack and rework activities to ensure production runs efficiently and customer demand is met on time. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help maintain smooth production planning and execution across the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate demand forecasts and daily production plans to support smooth production operations.
• Monitor outstanding Purchase Orders (OS PO) and track fulfillment progress to ensure on-time delivery.
• Create, manage, and distribute production-related documents, including PBOS and POS, in a timely and accurate manner.
• Monitor and coordinate repack and rework activities to ensure proper execution and completion.

Qualification:

• Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) graduate
• Have experience in Administration/PPIC/Warehouse/Production; open to fresh graduates with relevant experience
• Strong interest in the Production, Planning, and Inventory, with knowledge of warehouse and production
• Strong analytical thinking, responsibility, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
• Willing to work in Tangerang, Banten
